Manage Campaign state

Advertiser Portal lifecycle

Campaign administration belongs in the restricted Advertiser Portal, not in the public developer portal. Create a Campaign against a reviewed immutable version of its creative and Placement. Activation reserves wallet funds for the current pacing window; serving cannot spend beyond that wallet reservation or the lifetime, daily, and paced allowances.

Pausing releases the unused reservation and excludes the Campaign from new Ad Decisions. A reviewed Campaign may later become active again through the same portal controls.

Observe state

MiniCenter emits advertising.campaign.state.changed when a Campaign becomes active or paused. Delivery is at least once: deduplicate by Domain Event envelope id, then read the authoritative state from the Advertiser Portal or project report.
